Submit Ad Copy Advertising copy may be submitted in several ways: FTP your text and photos to Preview through our website.  In order to accomplish this, you will need to have an ftp client (a program to handle the file transfer) such as WSFTP or Coffee Cup FTP.  You may download a program for free at our Tech Support page to use for file transfer.  If you are interested in transferring files via ftp, please contact us to request an ftp account and password for the transfer.  FTP is especially useful (and a great time saver!) if you are transferring a large number of files at once.  No more having your email returned undelivered because the file was too large! Email text and photos to Preview at this email address.  Photos should be in .jpg format at a resolution of at least 200 dpi for the photo size you intend to run in the magazine.  Ad copy may be typed into the body of this email, with photos attached as file attachments, or you may simply attach your PDF file to the email as a file attachment as well.  Please be sure to send your photos to Preview as SEPARATE .jpg file attachments -- do not simply incorporate the photos into your PDF document alone.  Photos cannot be extracted from PDF documents and retain their quality for publication. A note about file name conventions for photos you send to Preview:  Please name each photo with the property address (e.g., 2345First.jpg or 2345EasyStreet-LivingRoom.jpg).  This will make it possible for us to identify and locate your photos for future reruns of your ad without requiring you to resubmit your photos for use in future months. Fax your ad copy to Preview at (903) 583-2493.  Only text may be faxed -- photos must be emailed or mailed. Mail hard copy, photos and/or payments to Preview of Oklahoma at P.O. Box 1, Randolph TX 75475. Ad Proofs will be returned to you as soon as feasible by one of two methods: Faxed to you.  Please provide us with your current fax number.  Keep in mind that faxed proofs may be difficult to read in some instances. Emailed to you as a .pdf file.  Please provide us with your current email address.  Ad proofs that are emailed are much clearer and easier to read.  Also, if your ad is to be run in full color, you will be able to see the proof in full color (as it will appear in the magazine).  Please remember that ad proofs forwarded to you in .pdf format are the creative product of Preview of Oklahoma and as such may not be submitted for print in other publications.
